Every Wednesday evening, starting at 7pm, pizza takes centre stage: taste an evergreen dish of Italian cuisine, rediscovering the pleasure of authentic ingredients and all the secrets of a traditional preparation using a wood-burning oven.

Four types of pizzas will be served, which will be paired with the birritullera, a special beer with a Tuscan taste, made with spelt and barley coming directly from the organic farms at Il Borro.

Rounding out the evening are appetizers and artisanal gelato for dessert.
